Between the ocean and the Intracoastal

Low-rise by design
Lauderdale-by-the-Sea limits building height, so most condos here are low- and mid-rise buildings from the 1960s and 1970s, not modern towers. Those older buildings often have original cast iron drain stacks and galvanized risers shared by every unit in a column.
