Bayfront and king tides
Irma's surge in 2017 flooded parts of the Grove along Biscayne Bay, including the waterfront and low streets near it. King tides in the fall push water up through drains in low areas. Homes near the bay should check their flood designation on the FEMA flood map and keep flood coverage current.

Under the canopy
